We are an event management company located in scenic Livermore Valley Wine Country. We have two event venues with beautiful, well-maintained outdoor and indoor spaces that our clients use to host their events. In addition, we also serve as the onsite caterer at both spaces with onsite kitchens and sales/coordination offices.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
-High school graduate or GED completion.
-Maintenance experience preferred.
-Event/Hospitality experience preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Working Hours: Thursday-Monday; 7am-3:30pm; some overtime available.
-Must have clean driving record and reliable method of transportation to and from work.
What We Need.
-Someone who thrives on assisting others with pride in their work.
-An awareness of safety protocols and ability to follow all compliance and regulations.
-An ability to perform hands-on maintenance and facility work related to event center operations.
-A person who enjoys maintaining the cleanliness of the properties and grounds, including leaf/debris blowing, cobweb removal, litter pick-up, window washing, organization of equipment, etc.
-An ability to set up an event’s table and chairs based on diagrams.
-General understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, carpentry, and fleet maintenance.
-A keen eye for seeing things that need to be fixed or improved and the initiative to make these repairs or call the appropriate vendors.
-Experienced in operating standard maintenance equipment and tools. Either scissor lift and fork lift certified or the ability to become certified within 30 days.
-Drive and utilize a box truck to move equipment; take and track inventory of items; and communicate with departments on equipment needs and locations.
-Ability to provide a warm and hospitable welcome and give answers to guests that you may come into contact with.
