Opened in 2013, Rubino Estates Winery is located at the end of the palm-lined driveway next to the Palm Event Center in the Vineyard. The winery stands on the site of the old Ruby Hill Winery, one of the first wineries in Livermore Valley, and uses some of the bricks and keystones of the original building that burnt down in 1989.

Rubino, an Italian word for Ruby, ties into areas of rich winemaking history. Stylized as an authentic, Old-World Italian winery, it features an expansive 8,000 square-foot tasting room and over 150 acres of vines. The winery is dedicated to producing award-winning Italian varietals such as sangiovese, barbera, nebbiolo and trebbiano.
