Founded by a Culinary Institute of America at Hyde Park trained chef, Beets Hospitality Group has a tradition of handcrafting artful and masterful culinary creations for our guests. Sumptuous meals of grilled summer squash with rosemary, shrimp ceviche Veracruz-style, sea salt and herb roasted prime rib, and white corn soup with Dungeness crab salad, sprinkle the menus of our two venues.
